To be eligible for a refund, you must have paid for our services in full and have not used our designs for commercial purposes. Please note that refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

Non-Eligible
Please note that the following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:
- Projects completed and used for commercial purposes
- Custom web applications with complex functionality
- E-commerce websites with integrated payment gateways
- Projects cancelled after 50% completion

Refund Amount
The refund amount will be calculated based on the services used and the original payment amount. Please note that a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
